The Euromicro DSD/SEAA 2020 Conference Organizing Committee extends its empathies to all of those impacted by COVID-19 Coronavirus worldwide. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. With the best hopes for the situation to normalize in the following months, the Conference is still scheduled to be held as planned from 26th to 28th August 2020. We will continue to monitor official travel advisories related to the COVID-19 Coronavirus and update the Conference website to keep you informed about eventual changes in Conference program. All papers that will be accepted by the review process of DSD/SEAA will be published, regardless of the authors' physical presence at the conference in case of travel restrictions. Conditions for papers to be included in the proceedings might be adapted (depending on travel restrictions and whether in-person conference attendance will be possible and safe). Hope to see you all in August!
The Euromicro Conference Series on Software Engineering and Advanced Applications (SEAA) is a long-standing international forum for researchers, practitioners, and students to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends, experiences, and concerns in the field of Software Engineering and Advanced Applications in information technology for software-intensive systems.
The 46th Euromicro Conference on Software Engineering and Advanced Applications (SEAA) will take place in Portorož, Slovenia from 26 to 28 August, 2020.
SEAA 2020 encourages the submission of full research papers (maximum 8 pages), short papers and tool demo papers (maximum 4 pages), and posters. Papers follow a single-blinded reviewing process and must contain original unpublished work, describe significant novel contributions, and provide evidence on the validation of results. In particular, reports on industrial applications are welcome.
Papers submitted to SEAA 2020 must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere whilst under consideration for SEAA 2020. Contravention of this concurrent submission policy will be deemed as a serious breach of scientific ethics, and appropriate action will be taken in all such cases.
Conference Publishing Services (CPS) will publish accepted papers in the conference proceedings and the proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital library and indexing services. A special issue of a journal is planned to which extended version of best papers will be invited.
